AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT TEST INSTRUCTIONS 

The Answer will not be responsible for tests that have an insufficient quantity of the specimen (your saliva). It is highly recommended that you use our TELEMED service to ensure that you have the most accurate results. 

  

SHIPPING 

FedEx is our Standard method of shipping.

There will be a flat shipping fee of $18.95 and shipping costs will be displayed on your order. 

The Answer does not ship outside of the US and Canada. 

We do occasionally receive notification from shippers that a provided address is invalid. In such cases, we may invoice you for the additional costs associated with the corrected delivery address of your order.  

Please check the FedEx website for individual shipping guarantees and exclusions.  

 

DELIVERY TO OUR LABS 

The estimated time of delivery is next business day via FedEx.  

All orders sent or brought to FedEx after close of business will be processed the following business day. Please check your local FedEx business hours to ensure your kit ships the same day.

Delivery delays occur and are out of our control. 

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION  

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.  

  

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENT  

If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact FedEx to track your package HERE.

  

DAMAGES 

The Answer is not liable for any packages stolen, lost, or damaged during shipping. If your order is stolen, lost, or damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim: Customer Service and Support | FedEx

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.  

 

RETURN POLICY 

We do not accept returns or refunds for The Answer at-home testing kit.
